Strawberry

4 lbs Frozen Strawberry                                            2 lbs Sugar

1/2 tsp Peptic Enzyme                                            1/8 tsp K-Meta

1 gal Water                                                                 1 tsp Acid Blend

1 tsp Yeast Nutrient                                                  1 pkg Yeast (71B-1122)

My initial acid reading was 0.10%, I added an additional 3 tsp of Acid Blend to increase it to 0.60% and pH 3.6 - 3.8.  My SG was 1.066 after sitting overnight.
